- To determine which items, if any, other than minutes 292 - 294 of the last Council meeting, and the report on the extraordinary meeting of the Leisure Centre Trust should be taken in camera.
- To receive and approve minutes 263 - 291of the Council meeting held on 8 May 2001.
- Matters arising from the above minutes.
- 269 - Ashford Rise Recreation Area
A public meeting has been arranged at 7.15pm on Tuesday 26 June in St John's Chapel.
- 271 - Climate Change Levy
The Town Clerk will report to the meeting.
- 278 - Standing Order 48
To delete Standing Order 48 from the Council's Standing Orders. It is necessary to place this item on the agenda again to comply with Standing Order 66.
- 281 - Blackspot Lighting
To report that the request for lighting Kirks Lane has been withdrawn.
- 285 - Floral Displays
To report that sponsorship has been obtained for the bed at Milford Triangle.
- 287 - Audit of Accounts 1999-2000
The letter from the District Auditor dated 12 February (copy attached) does not appear to have been received by the Council.

To agree nominations for presentation at the Annual Assembly of Parish Meeting.
- Good Practice Guide for the Management of Allotments
Invitations have been received to a free all day seminar organised by the North Derbyshire Rural Priority Area Partnership. It is on Wednesday 11 July.
- Planning Users' Concordant Survey
The National Association of Local Councils is undertaking a survey on the impact of the planning concordant for parish and town councils. It is suggested that Councillors Robert Halllsworth and Joyce Sanders compile the response to the survey.
- Changes to the Refuse Collection Service
To report that there are no plans to change the refuse collection days in Belper and Milford.
- Farmers' Market
The Chair of the Working Group will report on the issues raised at the Working Group's meeting held on 5 June. If available the Minutes of the meeting will be tabled.
