- Councillor Chris Short, the Borough Council's Cabinet Member responsible for Health and Leisure has been invited to the meeting to discuss his Council's approach to sports development in particular and leisure and tourism in Belper in general.

A grant of £400 is requested towards the cost of this year's event.
- Hearing Help
A monthly clinic is held at Babington Hospital.
- Letters of thanks have been received from Maypole Promotions (Milford), The Penguin Club, Belper Community Tennis Partnership and the Winged Fellowship Trust.
- Music Events
The Chair will report on:-
- The Larks in the Park programme.
- Dance Workshops
- Programme of Events for St John's
The Chair will report on the draft programme of events (lectures, recitals, readings) for the period from September to May.
