294 - BMX Ramp - Showground - Members to report back on their site inspection.
295 - Ashford Rise Play Area - To report back on the meeting held on 20 June.
- To receive and note the minutes of the Annual Assembly of Parish Meeting and the Annual Meeting of the Council held on 19 June.
It is suggested that in future these two meetings are held as one Annual Meeting, in accordance with best practice elsewhere.
- Recreation and Development Committee
To receive and note the Minutes of the Recreation and Development Committee of 10 July (to follow).

- Planning Applications
To receive the Planning Applications circulated on 12 and 26 June. A further schedule will be circulated at the meeting. Councillors Robert Hallsworth and Joyce Sanders will report.
- Justices and Entertainments Licences

- Payments and Receipts
A schedule of payments and receipts from 1 June to 3 July is attached.
- Standing Orders
A new set of Standing Orders incorporating changes made over the last year is attached. It includes a reworded Standing Order 50 which replaces the old Standing Order 48 (see minutes 278 and 298).

- Markets
To report back on the first Thursday Market (12 July) and the second Farmers' Market (14 July). There will also be a report on a meeting with Mr Fraser Shaw who is pursuing the creation of a Sunday Market with vigour.
- St John's Chapel - Structural Report
The three key pages from Norder's report are attached. The report has been seen by English Heritage, who have also paid a brief visit to the Chapel. They agree with Norder's recommendations. It is suggested that Councillors Ron Buzzard and Robert Hallsworth meet with Norder to discuss the report and prioritise the steps that need to be taken. Other members will be notified of the meeting so they may attend too.
- Roadside Road Safety Poster Campaign
Letter and guidelines from the County Council attached.
- Private Street Works
Adoption of various streets - letter from the county Council attached.
- Temporary Closure of Public Footpath
Details attached. This diversion of the footpath at the rear of Deepdale Road was approved at the Council's April meeting (minute 261).
- Parish Boundaries
Letter from the Borough Council attached.
- Correspondence received
- To report on the occupation by, and the eviction of two groups of itinerants; and to consider steps to be taken to ensure such a situation does not arise in the future.
