- Mrs Paula Darlington, Head of Public Services of Amber Valley Borough Council will be present at the request of this Council to discuss standards of cleanliness in the Town Centre and along the A6 in particular. It will be an opportunity to explore the respective roles of the two Councils and the County Council now that the S.42 Agreement has been ended, and consider the logic of the division of responsibilities between the Town and Borough Councils for cleaning and maintaining channels, litter bins and dog bins.
