   Inspector Arnie Hicklin will be in attendance and as well as giving his report will introduce the discussion about the Amber Valley Community Safety Audit that was deferred at our last meeting. A letter from the Borough Council and extracts from the Safety Audit are attached.

   Sarah Laman and other representatives from Fleet Arts will report on their activities during the past year and outline their proposed programme for the forthcoming year,

10. Recreation and Development Committee
    To receive and note the minutes of the Recreation and Development Committee held on 22nd January 2002.

    Including update on twinning initiatives for the summer.

    To receive the Planning Applications circulated on 16th and 29th January (herewith). A further schedule will be circulated at the meeting. Councillors Robert Hallsworth and Joyce Sanders will report.

    A schedule of payments and receipts from 2nd to 24th January is attached.

16. Belper Leisure Centre
    Councillor Ron Buzzard will report on the latest developments.
17. Parish Elections 2003
    Letter from Borough Council attached. The Plan will be on display at the meeting.

19. Race Relations
    Letter from CRE is attached. A copy of the draft Statutory Code of Practice of the Duty to Promote Race Equality is available in the office.

    A grit bin has been requested for Wren Park Close and a dog waste bin for Shire Oaks
