      Mr Bob Harrison the Historic Areas Advisor - East Midlands - of English Heritage will be in attendance to discuss the use of the Market Place and possible steps that could be taken to soften the landscaping.

      He will also be in attendance to advise on the report prepared by Norder (copy attached).

    Letter from Housing Operations Manager AVBC attached.
16. A6 Pedestrian Refuge
    Letter from Highways Agency and plan attached.
17. The Demise of Belper Folk Club
    This item has been included at the request of Councillor Dick Watson.
