   Elspeth Mallowan, the North East Derbyshire Rural Transport Partnership Officer will outline the types of scheme that would be appropriate to Belper and would attract Parish Transport Grant. (letter attached)

10. Mayor's announcements.
11. Visit to Pawtucket
    The Slater Mill's exhibition on Belper and the Derwent Valley is opening on 11th October and the Borough Council has received an informal invitation to the launch which is extended to the Borough Council and the Amber Valley Partnership. The Borough Council is likely to be represented by a Cabinet Member and a Director. An indication of the Town Council's response to a formal invitation is requested.
12. Planning Applications.
    To receive the Planning Applications circulated on 15th and 28th March (herewith). A further schedule will be circulated at the meeting. Councillors Robert Hallsworth and Joyce Sanders will report.
13. Justices and Entertainments Licences.
    See schedules circulated on 15th and 28th March.
14. Payments and Receipts.
    A schedule of payments and receipts from 22nd February to 26th March is attached.

20. Town Service and Maurice Heeley Awards
    To receive nominations.
21. Maurice Coward Award
    Last year the Council agreed to finance the Maurice Coward Award (min154 5.12.00). The Belper and District Neighbourhood Watch Support Group have asked the Council to finance the Award again this year: the cost is £50.
22. Council Logo
    A request has been received from Nelson J. Carriers Ltd to use the Council logo on their vehicles.
23. Cleaning of Litter Bins and Bus Shelters
    To report on an offer by the Borough Council to carry out this function.
24. Notice Board - Belper Lane, Whitemoor Rise
    To report on quotes received for provision and erection.
25. Keep Amber Valley Tidy Campaign
    Letter from Borough Council attached.
26. Model Code of Conduct
    Letter from the Borough Council summarising the present situation is attached. The Register of Members' Interests will be circulated at a later date.
