- Derwent Valley Heritage Way
To note that work is about to start on that part of the Way from the Coppice car park to Holbrook Road. It has been suggested that Rick Jillings the Derwent Valley Trust's Project Officer be invited to attend a future meeting.

The Town Clerk will report on the advice received from NALC on the request made by J Nelson Carriers Ltd to use the Council logo on their vehicles.

- Public Footpath number 50
The Temporary Closure Order for this footpath at the rear of Deepdale Road ran out on 31st January it has now been extended to 1st February 2003.
