Inspector Arnie Hicklin will be in attendance. His attention has been drawn to minute 127 - 100 of the minutes of our last meeting.
- Barrie Whittaker, Senior Leisure Officer with the Borough Council, will be in attendance to discuss plans for the Parks Multi Purpose Play Area and the lessons learnt in the first few months of the Skate Park.

127 - 105 - Safeway Traffic Island
To report that the Highways Authority has approved the illumination of the sculpture and that the Planning Authority regards the matter as de minimis. The County Council insist that any firm working on a main road has the necessary safety training certification and that all their staff have undergone the appropriate training. They also preferred to involve contractors from their approved list.
135 - Local Plan Review

144 - Street Warden Scheme
To report that the scheme came into operation on 25th November and that a monitoring group, consisting of tenants, residents and councillors, is being set up.

The Mayor (Councillor Ron Buzzard) will report on the latest developments.

- Parliamentary Constituencies
The Public Inquiry into the Parliamentary Boundary Commission's proposals for Constituency Boundaries in the Counties of Derbyshire and Derby will open on 28th January in Derby. Attached is the Boundary Commission's introductory statement setting out their proposals and the letter sent by the Council in June to the Commission objecting to their proposals.
