- Healthier Communities Project
Mary Hague, the Project Manager of Amber Valley Partnership's Healthier Communities Project, will make a brief presentation on the work of the Project, which is now in its second year.

- To determine if any items other than minutes 178 to 180 of the last meeting should be taken in camera.
- To receive and approve minutes 147 - 177 of the Council meeting held on 9th December (attached).
- Matters arising from the above minutes not included elsewhere on the agenda.
- To receive and note the minutes of the Recreation and Development Committee held on 13th January 2004 ( to be tabled).

- Santa Aid
This item has been included on the agenda at the request of the Mayor. It is hoped that Mrs Janet Davis and Mr Peter Davies will be present.
- Market Towns Heritage Initiative
The Mayor and Councillor Mick Nelson to report back on their visit to Lutterworth.
- Planning Applications.
To consider the Planning Applications circulated on 9th and 19th December together with those herewith. A further schedule will be tabled at the meeting. The Planning Response Co-ordinators will report.
- Justices and Entertainments Licences.
To consider the applications already circulated and any other applications that
may be submitted subsequent to the despatch of this agenda.
- Payments and Receipts.
A schedule of payments totalling £24,765.45 and receipts totalling £9,261.69 for the period from 17th November to 8th January is attached.
- Proposed Closure of Branch Post Offices
The Town Clerk's letter and the response thereto are attached.

Details of the Borough Council's scheme are attached.
