  7. Brief presentation by Andrea Fox to support the application for grant from the Drop Inn.
  8. Grant Applications:
    1. Winged Fellowship Trust - 204
        A financial contribution is requested as letter attached. A grant of £100 was awarded last year.
    2. Belper Town Under 12's - 205
        An application for a grant of £1000 is attached in respect of a tour to Pawtucket in May 2005. A grant of £500 for a tour for the Under 15's was given in May 2002.
    3. Belper Pottery Bowls Club - 206
        An application for a grant of £500 is attached in respect of replacing vandalised floodlights. A grant of £250 was awarded in April last year.
    4. Belper Celebration - 199
        To agree to pay the amount claimed of £650 under the agreement to underwrite the event.
    5. Milford & Makeney Well Dressing Group -195
        To agree to pay the amount claimed of £400 under the agreement to underwrite the event.
  9. Update on progress re provision of water at the Hunter Road Allotments.
  10. To discuss the current series of Larks in the Park and agree arrangements for 2005.
  11. To discuss arrangements for Wakes Weekend 2005.
