- Police Matters:
A representative of the local Police will be present to report on their recent performance and deal with issues raised by members.

- To receive and approve Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 12 October 2004 (attached).
- To receive and note the Minutes of the Finance Committee held 29 October 2004 (to be tabled).
- Mayor's announcements.
- Planning Applications.
- To note the Planning Applications circulated on the schedule dated
21 October 2004.
- To note the Planning Applications on any schedules circulated prior to the meeting.
- Justices and Entertainments Licences.
To consider those applications already circulated on the schedule dated 21 October 2004 and any other applications that may be submitted subsequent to the despatch of this agenda.
- Finance:
A schedule of payments and receipts since the last meeting will be tabled.
- To note the stopping up of the highway at the Old Court House, 3 Chesterfield Road, Belper. (Correspondence attached).
- To appoint a Community Governor to St John's CE Primary School with effect from 1 January 2005. (Letter from the school attached).
- Items for Information. To note and discuss any items on the schedule attached.
