    1. To consider and approve the proposed budget for 2005/6 (report and budget prepared by Councillor Alan Cox attached).
    2. A schedule of payments and receipts for the period 25 November 2004 to 31 December 2004 is attached showing expenditure of £19,329.55 and income of £6,488.28.
    3. To receive and note the External Auditor's Certificate and Opinion arising from the audit of the Annual Return for the year ended 31 March 2004 (attached).
    4. To approve the proposed revised charges for the Council's lettings arrangements (attached).
