- Police Matters:
A representative of the local Police will be present to report on their recent performance and deal with issues raised by members.

- Planning Applications:
- To note the Planning Applications circulated on the schedules dated
19 January 2005 and 1 February 2005 (attached).
- To note the Planning Applications on any schedules circulated prior to the meeting.
- Justices and Entertainments Licences:
To consider those applications already circulated on the schedule dated 19 January 2005 and 1 February 2005 (attached).
- Finance:
A schedule of payments and receipts for the period 1 to 20 January 2005 is attached showing expenditure of £13,914.96 and income of £3.96.
- Freedom of Information Act 2000:
To note the requirements of the Act from 1 January 2005 in respect of the right of access and disclosure of information to the public (details attached).
- Amber Valley Victim Support:
To consider the appointment of a Council representative on the Local Management Committee for "A" Division (letter attached).
- To consider the proposal for three new pedestrian "puffin" crossings at Derby Road/New Road (details attached).
- To consider a request from Belper Community Hall (attached) to reduce the balance of the loan outstanding (£1440) to the Council.
- To consider a request from Belper Celebration to underwrite the costs of the 2005 Carnival up to an amount of £1000 (details attached).
- Belper Leisure Centre Trust:
To approve the use of the Council's seal on the attached Deed of Variation of Declaration of Trust dated 31 March 1998 .
- To note the proposed relocation of the bus shelter on Derby Road, Milford (plan attached).
