ANNUAL ASSEMBLY OF PARISH MEETING
- To appoint a Clerk for the meeting.
- To confirm the Minutes of the 30th Annual Assembly of Parish Meeting held 11 May 2004.
- To receive the Annual Report detailing the work of the Town Council for the Municipal Year 2004/2005.
- Budget and Council Tax Precept for 2005/6.
A copy of the budget is attached which shows the precept of £222,000.
- The Maurice Heely Award:
The Badger Explorer Scouts have been nominated.
- Town Service Awards:
The North Mill Volunteers,
Mr Peter Holborn (Tree Warden) and
Mr Ron Smith (Belper Scouts) have been nominated.
- To consider any other Parish matter which may be brought forward for consideration by the Town Council or local government elector(s).
NB The public are entitled to be present at the meeting but such persons only as are local government electors for the Parish may be allowed to speak.
