- To determine if any items should be taken with the public excluded. If it is deemed appropriate to exempt the public from any item, the following resolution will be passed:
In accordance with Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, in view of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, it is RESOLVED that, in the public interest, the public and press be excluded from the meeting during discussion of the item and they be instructed to withdraw.

- To note and agree income and expenditure for the period 1 - 28 February 2007. Schedules are attached showing gross income of £3,581.07 and gross expenditure of £23,525.96.
- To note the attached bank reconciliation for current/public reserve accounts as at 28 February 2007.

- To consider the planning applications on the schedules dated 20 February and 2 March 2007
- To consider the planning applications on any schedule circulated at the meeting.

06 - Parish Plan Surgeries
To be held by DRCC in March for parishes to set out a shared vision for the next 5-10 years and create a realistic plan (grants available).

08 - Aggregates levy sustainability fund
Derbyshire Aggregates levy grant scheme. Invitations for projects invited for claims to be submitted by 23 April 2007.
09 - Code of Practice on Local Authority Publicity (Attached for information)
