Please Note:-

- Public Speaking
- A maximum of five minutes or at the Chairman's discretion will be made available for members of the public to address the meeting in relation to the business to be transacted.
- If the Police Liaison Officer, a County Council or Borough Council Member is in attendance they will be given the opportunity to raise any relevant matter.
- Members declaring a prejudicial interest who wish to make representations or give evidence under the Code of Conduct relating to Agenda items shall do so at this stage.

To receive verbal reports from Council Representatives on outside bodies. - To consider the request attached for a website for the Belper Farmers Market.
- To note the response attached from Derbyshire Trading Standards following a complaint about the management of Belper Farmer's Market.
- To approve the emergency spending made under Financial Regulation 2.6.
- For the Town Council's 2012 calendar of events to be included in the Derwent Valley Mills publicity booklet.
- The purchase of additional lengths for the speed ramps in the Coppice car park.
- To consider (a) the report attached and to agree to sign (b) the contract for the transfer of ownership of Gibfield Lane car park.
- To consider the creation of a Community Garden.
- To consider commenting on the proposed permanent Prohibition of Driving Order Albert Street, Belper.
- To consider the installation of a Welcome to Belper sign to replace the damaged sign at Mill View.
- To consider Nottingham Prison Services refurbishing the street furniture.
